Designed for longer retreat visits and roomy guest suites

The A12 keeps a single-bedroom arrangement while extending the building to 12 m. That gives a buyer a different choice from a two-bedroom cabin of similar area: more of the plan can be considered for everyday living and circulation around one sleeping room. Map the furniture, luggage storage and any requested food-preparation provision before deciding how to use that length. The exterior view shows a broad glazed side, so daylight, outlook and privacy belong in the same layout discussion.

Plan the rooms and the complete footprint

The A12 design area is 36 m². Use the room drawing to relate that area to furniture and clear walking routes.

The external building dimensions are 12 m long, 3 m wide and 2.8 m high. These describe the building envelope; allow additional space for the approach, any requested platform and access to the service connections.

Shortlist the A12 when the quality of a one-bedroom stay matters more than adding sleeping rooms. Compare the A12s for a narrower two-bedroom plan or the A9 if a shorter suite meets the accommodation brief.

Compare options for your shortlist

Open the drawings side by side and compare bedroom privacy, shared living space and the building footprint. The model code remains a reference for the exact configuration you ask us to quote.

A guest cabin configured around daily use

We develop the bed or desk position, privacy treatment, storage and lighting around the way the cabin will be used. Apple Cabins are rounded prefab cabins: their glazed fronts make outlook and privacy part of the furniture discussion. A garden room may need screen-friendly daylight, while a holiday pod needs luggage storage and easy access to the bathroom. Share the intended finish, power supply and heating or cooling requirements so we can bring the room brief into one configuration. Kitchen equipment, furniture and exterior platforms should each be identified in that proposal.

Delivery planning and a comparable quotation

For this one-bedroom prefab cabin, start with the destination, number of units, intended use and preferred room arrangement. The 3 m external width and 12 m length are useful inputs to the delivery review, alongside the final shipment configuration. We coordinate the agreed supply boundary with transport, unloading, supports and site utilities. Read the shipping and site-access guide before fixing an unloading position.

The quotation follows the chosen A12 configuration: room fit-out, glazing and insulation requirements, bathroom or kitchen equipment, finishes, ordered quantity and delivery scope. A comparable quote uses the same inclusions and destination assumptions. Send a drawing or site sketch with the project quotation checklist so we can identify the options that matter to your use.

Practical answers

Frequently asked questions

Why compare a 36 m² one-bedroom cabin with a smaller two-bedroom model?

The A12 allocates its arrangement to one bedroom, a living room and bathroom. The 26 m² A12s divides a slimmer plan between two bedrooms and living space. Choose by the daily room experience, not bedroom count or area alone.

What space does the A12 configuration provide?

The design area is 36 m². Its room arrangement is 1 bedroom · living room · 1 bathroom.

Where would this one-bedroom prefab cabin fit best?

Shortlist the A12 when the quality of a one-bedroom stay matters more than adding sleeping rooms. Compare the A12s for a narrower two-bedroom plan or the A9 if a shorter suite meets the accommodation brief.

What changes the price of the A12?

The configuration, finish and equipment schedule, quantity and delivery scope determine the quotation. Share your destination and intended use so we can price the same defined scope you are comparing with other options.

What should I send for a A12 project proposal?

Send the country and site location, unit quantity, intended use, your preferred A12 layout and a site-access sketch if available. Add any requested furniture, bathroom or kitchen equipment and the available power, water and drainage connections.
